Product Description

The AXU4EV-F development board, equipped with the AMD/Xilinx Zynq™ UltraScale+™ MPSoC (XCZU4EV) and integrated quad-core Cortex-A53 + dual-core Cortex-R5 processors, delivers high-performance capabilities including 4GB DDR4 SDRAM (PS side, supporting up to 2400Mbps data rates) , 8GB eMMC Flash, and 256Mbit QSPI Flash. It features extensive interfaces: 1× FMC LPC connector (for high-speed peripheral expansion, 36 differential pairs), PCIe Gen2×1 via M.2 (5Gbps for SSD storage), DisplayPort (4K@30Hz video output), USB 3.0 Type-A, Gigabit Ethernet, Micro SD card slot, and 4-configuration boot mode switches. Active cooling is provided by a programmable fan.
