The AC7A035/AC7A200 FPGA System-on-Module(SoM) combines high-end AMD Xilinx Artix 7 series device with fast DDR3 SDRAM, parallel Quad-SPI Flash and thus forms a complete and powerful embedded processing system. This module is suitable for high-speed applications due to the high number of transceivers.
